CLUB ROOT PREVENTION
(Plasmodiophora brassicae)
- Fungus pathogens are transmitted through growing media, attacking plant roots and causing disruption of water and nutrient absorption.
- Infect plants from seeding or transplanting.
DAMAGE SYMPTOMS :
- Plants wilt during the day, lack of water due to disturbed roots, but are refreshed at night until morning.
- Plants become stunted and when they are pulled out, swollen roots look like tubers.
