PYRITE CONTROL
(Fe dan Al Toxicity)
- Aluminum element that is released in the process of pyrite compound formation (acid sulfate) causes disruption of plant’s growth.
- The formation of pyrite compound in soil is indicated by the presence of rust spots and soil pH degradation that becomes very acidic.
DAMAGE SYMPTOMS :
- Stunted plants and less amount of tillers because of undeveloped roots.
- The leaf color is orange with brown colored spots.
SOLUTION PREPARATION :
- DECOHUMAT : 1 sachet (100 grams) is dissolved into 1 L of water, left for 12-24 hours without closure.
